The breakfast situation was disappointing-by 9:30 am, many items were empty and cold, with subpar bread quality. The luggage valet service took way too long, and while the fitness center was available, it was nowhere near the quality I expected. For someone who prefers a cooler room, I found the temperature control a bit lacking. They offered tech support, but I was frequently on the go. Good, but not quite as stellar as I'd hoped.

The hotel enjoys an excellent position in the heart of the city; very strategic for business travelers. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the bathroom was more than adequate. the staff was polite, friendly, and always willing to help.

The breakfast had very few food varieties, and the coffee machine was out of order, leaving me with a less enjoyable experience.

The hotel was new, comfortable and centrally located. Junior from front office was excellent. Cleanliness of the hotel was top-class. Staff was really good, friendly and always ready to help. Excellent location for business.
